YOGA
I offer yoga as a journey inward - a prayer in motion - where breath, movement, and awareness align to cultivate deeper inner listening.
Through slow, intentional flows, I guide you to tune into the sensations of your body and the rhythm of your breath, creating space to shift from the ordinary into the sacred. This is a chance to pause, unwind, and listen deeply to the wisdom within.
I’ve been devoted to my personal yoga practice since 1996 and have been teaching since 2006. My classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, sensory exploration, seasonal Ayurvedic principles, essential oils, and sound vibration, offering a holistic experience that nurtures body, heart, and soul.

BODYWORK
Trained in Ayurvedic Body Therapies, Chi-Nei-Tsang (Taoist visceral work), Esalen-style massage, Swedish massage, and other modalities, sessions are designed to help calm the nervous system and aid your body in its innate wisdom to heal itself.
It’s always an honor to hold space for this sacred work.
Sessions are generally 90 minutes, and use warm oil. Dress in clothing you don’t mind getting a bit oily. And allow 2 hours, so that you can be spacious with the process.
